We are a 2008 Visit Scotland Thistle award finalist for people development and a 4 star Visit Scotland outdoor activity provider in Fife, Scotland. We organise and run events, arrange meeting rooms and exhibitions and  are very involved with golf, clay shooting, children's events and outdoor activities.

There are 6 divisions of Cluny Clays Ltd and they are always interested in keen and enthusiastic people.

We are seeking a chef for our high volume restaurant. As the chef  you are a main player in the Cluny Food team.

 The Chef will:

 Have extensive experience as a chef in a quality operation

• Be ambitious, driven and focused
• Be able to work within a team environment
• Must have a 'can do', 'will do' attitude
• Experience of working to budgets
• Have a valid Hygiene Certificate

 The chef's responsibilities are;

• Produce well presented, good food
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen areas.
   Assist in maintaining all cook safe records on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Be responsible for the use of all kitchen equipment
• Ensure the correct use of all food stocks
• Assist with the ordering of all food stock

Cluny food is a division of Cluny Clays Ltd. Our objective is to feed as many as 80,000 annual visitors as possible. Our food is 'good' pub group, using locally sourced, fresh produce, where possible. Our menu is revised and changed every 8 weeks, so we require someone who has great enthusiasm and an interest in food.

We cater for all types of functions.
