Clay Pigeon Shooting

Clay pigeon shooting was started in 1992. With over 30 clay pigeon traps set up in a sporting target layout that includes a 70' tower.

We have targets suitable for beginners and experienced game and clay shooters
In addition we have Olympic and English skeet layouts and Down the Line shooting.

2 of the ranges are covered and set up with compact sporting targets.

Beginners and non shotgun certificate holders

All 'starters' and 'tasters' include instruction, gun hire, clays, cartridges, shooting jackets, eye and ear protection.

For beginners, and visitors who don't have a shotgun certificate, we offer a 20 shot 'starter' or a 10 shot 'taster'.

If you are over 10 years in age we have a slection of 12, 20, 28,and 0.410 bore guns to try and to get you started. Starter and taster sessions require to be booked and are available most days. I'd like to book a time

Experienced shooters with shotgun certificates

Cluny Shooting use the 'Claymate' counter system for measuring targets fired.

Cluny Shooting is open 7 days and all experienced game and clay shooters are welcome. Targets are charged using the 'Claymate' counter sytem at the following rates.

Guns are available to use if you have a valid gun licence.

Our shooting ranges are open:

Monday - Saturday	10.00am - 5.00pm
Wednesday	10.00am - 7.30pm (April - September)
Wednesday	10.00am - 4.00pm (October - March)
Sunday	11.00am - 4.00pm (All year)

Note: We have lighting in the shooting range for dark nights.

Shooting Lessons

We have experienced APSI qualified coaches for game and clay shooters who require some coaching.

Lesson Rate:
£36.00 per instructor hour
Excludes clays and cartridges

An instructor will take up to two people in the duration of a lesson.
